We (Landes interiors) have a 7-day return policy, which means you (the customer(s)) have 7 days after purchasing your item(s) to request a return. This is not applicable for specially ordered item(s), please see the section below for specially ordered item(s).


Item(s) includes all the products from Landes Interiors’ shop from large piece of furniture to small accessories and consumable.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unused, with tags and in its/their original packaging(s) when applicable. You'll also need a proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent or delivered to our shop at Landes Interiors, Rue de la Croix au Maitre, St Martin, JE3 6HW, Jersey. If you opt to post or courier your item(s) to us for a return, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Item(s) sent back to us without an agreed return will not be accepted.

Any item(s) sold from the shop floor are sold as seen. Landes Interiors will always point out any mark(s) or damage(s), if any, the time of purchase.

Specially ordered item(s)

Any item(s), that is not purchased directly from existing stock (from the shop or the warehouse in Jersey) and ordered especially from one of our suppliers, whether it is bespoke or not, cannot be returned.

In addition, the deposit for specially ordered item(s) is non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before production or shipment begins.

Discounted Item(s)

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any item(s) that have been discounted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we may evaluate and correct the issue. 

Dimensions of item(s) are available at the time of purchase. It is customers’ responsibility to ensure that the item(s) will fit in the place it is to be delivered and that access to and through the property is safe and suitable for the item(s) to be delivered.

Exchanges & Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return item(s) to let you know if the exchange or refund is approved.

If approved and you would like an exchange, the exchange can only take place in the shop, this service is not available online.

If approved and you would like a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve refunded your returned item(s), please contact us at

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.


Upon request we can deliver in the Channel Islands, please enquire at the time of purchase. Please be aware timeframes for deliveries can vary due to multiple factors. In the event of a delay, we will always update you as soon as possible and find the best solution available at the time.
